The Lemon Tree Bakery Story

Founded in 2012 the company is headed by me, Niki Brook, a single mum who set up the bakery to support her family. 

 

The Lemon Tree Bakery specialises in creating bespoke hand made cakes and bakes. I offer a highly professional and personal service striving to create the perfect cake and bakes just for you. 

 

I love to share my knowledge skills to individuals through hands-on intimate lessons. Working from my home studio, the classes take place in Marshside, Southport.
